The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the Data Controller indicated on the site, as well as private messages sent by users to the related institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided), involves the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to respond, as well as personal data included in the communications.

Such data will be processed by the Data Controller, exclusively for the purpose of - and for the period strictly necessary to - manage interactions with users, in the execution of its tasks of public interest or in any case connected to the exercise of its public powers.
